We are disappointed to inform you that the International Conference on Ground Control in Mining July 28-30, 2020 has been cancelled. It is in the best interest of all involved, coupled with state guidelines for events and conferences that the difficult decision was made to cancel this important event.
One of the core values of SME is health and safety, so it is even more critical that we take measures to stay true to our principles and lead the way in these uncertain times. While not entirely unexpected, we are saddened we won’t see you in Canonsburg.
The expert volunteer authors from the 2020 International Conference on Ground Control in Mining create widely anticipated content for this conference. We appreciate their hard work on behalf of the industry. You will be able to access this leading research on ground control in mining two ways:
