If circumstances require you to cancel your 2020 International Conference on Ground Control in Mining registration, you must do so in writing. Written notice must be sent to meetings@smenet.org or by mail to SME Ground Control Conference Registration, c/o SME, 12999 E. Adam Aircraft Circle, Englewood, CO 80112. Cancellations received by June 22, 2020 will receive a refund, less a processing fee of $100. There are no refunds for no-shows and cancellations postmarked after June 22, 2020. Substitutions will be accepted in writing at no charge until June 22, 2020. After June 22, 2020, a $25 fee will be charged for substitutions. NO REFUNDS for Registration will be issued after the June 22, 2020 deadline.
Registrants are responsible for cancellation of their own hotel accommodations.
